Timothy Kearns, Esq.

Mr. Kearns began his career working on major personal injury and product liability cases. Mr. Kearns also has extensive experience in business litigation, employment litigation, insurance coverage, and tort law. Since 2009, his law practice has focused primarily on providing legal representation to plaintiffs on employment issues like harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and class action suits.

Additionally, Mr. Kearns has developed extensive legal knowledge in trying various cases. He has also been an appellate counsel attorney on numerous important legal matters. Mr. Kearns represented a variety of clients, such as major companies, before deciding to focus on representing plaintiffs subjected to wrongful termination and unlawful employment practices. In his trial and appellate experience, he has had more than eighteen successful jury verdicts, six court verdicts, twelve successful resolutions of appellate matters, and one hundred arbitration awards.

As of late, Mr. Kearns successfully resolved hundreds of employment cases for employees He assisted in achieving excellent settlements for many cases, recovering millions of dollars for employees. He has several successful verdicts and recently was successful in two trials against the County of Los Angeles.

Mr. Kearns belongs to several professional associations, including the California Employment Law Association (CELA) and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. In his free time, Mr. Kearns enjoys sports. He frequently participates in long-distance running events. He successfully completed the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington, D.C.  He also regularly participates in both 5K and 10K running events in southern California.
