Ann Anooshian is a senior associate attorney at the Law Offices of David R. Denis, P.C., having joined the firm in June 2022.

Ms. Anooshian started her career as a felony prosecutor. She also worked as an appellate counsel. In 1999, Ms. Anooshian relocated to Washington, D.C., where she worked as legislative counsel on the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee. Subsequently, she worked as an election counsel and policy advisor in DC. Between 2002 and 2004, and since 2012, she has worked in large firms as a contract attorney wherein she assisted in mergers and acquisitions/anti-trust matters; defended federal investigations into corporations such as Pfizer and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac; and assisted with multi-billion-dollar business litigation matters (including mortgage fraud, commercial development, defense of shareholder actions, and mergers and acquisitions) as defense counsel. From 2017 through May 2022, Ann was a senior associate with the Mohajerian law firm in Century City, handling primarily employment law, wage and hour, corporate defense and appellate work.
